Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Process customer transactions and orders while maintaining data accuracy
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
