Responsibility
- Assist in managing customer accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help create and maintain customer success documentation, including FAQs, guides, and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance customer experience.
- Assist in analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights that drive customer success.
- Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or project management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Available to start in 2026 and commit to the internship duration.
