Responsibility

  • Monitor in-game activities to detect and prevent rule violations, cheating, or disruptive behavior.
  • Provide real-time assistance to players via chat, email, or in-game tools, resolving queries and concerns promptly.
  • Host and moderate in-game events, tournaments, and community activities to enhance player engagement.
  • Document and escalate technical issues, bugs, or player complaints to the development team for resolution.
  • Educate players on game mechanics, updates, and best practices through clear and concise communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather player feedback and suggest improvements for game balance and user experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of player interactions, violations, and resolutions for reporting and analysis.
  • Stay updated on game patches, new features, and industry trends to provide informed support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support, gaming communities, or a similar role (experience as a Game Master or Moderator is a plus).
  • Deep passion for gaming with a strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and online communities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to cover global player time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a calm and patient demeanor under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or gaming platforms (e.g., Discord, Steam, or proprietary game admin panels).
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, IT, or related fields is preferred but not required.
