Responsibility
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients seeking Ar Rahnu (pawnbroking) services.
- Evaluate and process loan applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct accurate appraisals of pledged items (e.g., jewelry, gold) and determine their market value.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, client interactions, and inventory in the system.
- Educate customers on loan terms, interest rates, redemption processes, and other service-related inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions, disbursements, and repayments with precision and integrity.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate complex cases to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, banking, or financial services (preferably in pawnbroking or microfinance).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for accurate valuation and financial calculations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with Ar Rahnu operations, Shariah-compliant finance, or Islamic banking is a plus.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and financial software; quick learner for proprietary systems.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
