Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s financial products to existing and potential customers in the Bali region.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, meetings, and personalized service.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively engaging with customers and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing activities, customer feedback, and sales performance to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all marketing and sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, financial products, and best practices to enhance professional effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with financial products, credit evaluation, and market analysis.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
