Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of collection specialists across multiple regions in Indonesia, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recovery rates and minimize delinquency.
- Monitor team performance through key metrics (e.g., recovery rates, call quality, and customer satisfaction) and provide coaching to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and customer service teams, to resolve complex collection cases.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine collection approaches and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with local regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present reports on collection performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or financial services, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of collection laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collection targets and improving team performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using collection software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
