Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients in assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to discuss and negotiate repayment plans.
- Assess clients' financial situations and propose feasible solutions for debt recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all collection activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and provide regular updates on collection progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and cooperation.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on collection activities, outcomes, and challenges.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills in negotiation, communication, and financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Basic understanding of financial products, debt recovery processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software for reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions in Bali.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
