Responsibility
- Manage daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client requests.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to enhance service quality.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Contribute to process improvements to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or office support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced SME environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
