Responsibility
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to drive sales.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., response time, resolution rate).
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Financial Services, or Customer Support (BPO preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends/holidays.
