Responsibility
- Source, screen, and recruit high-potential Loan Consultants to meet branch staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with branch managers to align recruitment efforts with sales targets and business goals.
- Assist in loan processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, retention rates) and implement improvements.
- Provide training and support to Loan Consultants to enhance their sales performance.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute strategies to boost loan applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or financial services (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with loan products, sales processes, or financial regulations is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; additional local language skills are advantageous.
