Responsibility
- Conduct direct sales of multiguna (multi-purpose) financial products to new and existing customers.
- Perform field canvassing to identify and engage potential clients in assigned territories.
- Gather and analyze customer data through surveys and interviews to improve retention strategies.
- Ensure high-quality application submissions by verifying accuracy and completeness of client information.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through personalized follow-ups and service excellence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets for customer acquisition and retention.
- Provide feedback and insights to management on market trends and customer needs.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards in all sales and data collection activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or field canvassing (financial services preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse customer segments.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently in a field-based role.
- Familiarity with data collection tools and basic CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali’s designated areas (own transportation is advantageous).
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or finance is a bonus.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
