Responsibility
- Conduct direct field canvassing to identify and engage potential customers in assigned Bali regions.
- Promote multi-purpose financial products (e.g., loans, credit solutions) through persuasive and consultative selling.
- Perform customer surveys and data collection to assess eligibility and tailor product recommendations.
- Ensure high-quality application submissions by verifying client information and documentation.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to improve retention and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs for application conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to analyze market trends and refine outreach strategies.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to address client inquiries and resolve concerns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service (financial sector preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently in field-based roles with minimal supervision.
