Responsibility
- Conduct direct sales and canvassing activities to promote multi-purpose consumer products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients in a compelling manner.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, retail, or customer service (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with consumer products, retail sales, or multilevel marketing is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions (Bali) and work flexible hours, including weekends.
