Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.

  • Assist in managing store-front operations to ensure a welcoming environment for all walk-in patrons.

  • Educate customers on our pastry selections, ingredients, and brand story to enhance their shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or the food and beverage industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with patience and composure.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital communication tools.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new store protocols.
