Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
- Manage customer orders and special requests with high attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement.
- Assist in managing store-front operations to ensure a welcoming environment for all walk-in patrons.
- Collaborate with the internal team to relay customer feedback and improve service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service outcomes in our management system.
- Educate customers on our pastry selections, ingredients, and brand story to enhance their shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or the food and beverage industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with patience and composure.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital communication tools.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new store protocols.
- Ability to commit to a full-time work schedule including weekend or holiday shifts as required.
