Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional, and timely manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Escort guests to their designated tables or areas, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Coordinate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
- Assist in event coordination and special guest arrangements as required.
- Uphold the company’s standards of excellence in customer service and hospitality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of local attractions and amenities in Bali is a plus.
