Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CRM operations, data analysis, or customer experience management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and English.
