Responsibility

  • Assist in monitoring and responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, phone, social media).
  • Support the development and implementation of crisis management protocols and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Help maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Draft and edit professional responses to customer feedback, complaints, and reviews.
  • Assist in analyzing customer feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials and FAQs for customer service teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, social media platforms, or customer service software is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with crisis management principles or conflict resolution is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate or commute to Badung, Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
