Responsibility
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality-related inquiries and technical support.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for customer complaints.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure process improvements meet client-specific quality requirements.
- Manage customer audits and on-site visits to ensure transparency and trust in our quality management systems.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to proactively identify trends and mitigate potential issues.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Support the implementation of ISO standards and industry-specific certifications (e.g., IATF 16949).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Quality Tools (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, 8D Methodology).
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and quality specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
