Leema Official is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Order Administrator to join our dynamic team in Bali. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for processing and managing customer orders, ensuring seamless transactions for both new and returning clients. Your organizational skills and customer-centric approach will be key to maintaining efficiency and satisfaction in our fast-paced environment.
Based in one of Bali’s vibrant hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order workflows, resolve inquiries, and contribute to the growth of our brand. Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, from receipt to fulfillment.
- Liaise with clients (new and existing) to confirm order details, address inquiries, and provide updates.
- Maintain and update order records, databases, and tracking systems in real time.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Resolve order-related discrepancies or issues, escalating when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Generate and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to relevant departments.
- Prepare regular reports on order volumes, turnaround times, and customer feedback for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in order administration, customer service, or administrative support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with order management software or CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Basic understanding of inventory management or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business administration is advantageous.
