Responsibility
- Manage and maintain lease agreements, amendments, and related documentation with 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and property teams to ensure timely execution and renewal of leases.
- Prepare, review, and distribute lease-related reports, summaries, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor lease deadlines (e.g., renewals, terminations, rent adjustments) and proactively flag critical dates.
- Assist in tenant onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, access coordination, and handover procedures.
- Organize and archive physical/digital lease files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support ad-hoc leasing projects, such as portfolio audits, market research, or system migrations.
- Liaise with tenants, brokers, and internal departments to resolve lease-related inquiries and discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lease administration, property management, or legal documentation (Senior Assistant level).
- Proven ability to interpret and manage complex lease agreements with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and lease management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Familiarity with Indonesian real estate regulations and leasing practices is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
