Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, warm, and inviting manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns effectively to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at the HURU HARA BOTTLE store.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and service efficiency.
- Provide product recommendations based on individual customer preferences and needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure displays are adequately stocked and visually appealing.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
- Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and polite while working in a high-traffic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash and payment systems accurately.
