Responsibility

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement service enhancements that boost customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.

  • Assist in the development of training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications
