Responsibility
- Diagnose and resolve complex networking issues for enterprise clients, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable network solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Document all technical issues, solutions, and preventive measures for future reference.
- Monitor network performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities or bottlenecks.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, certifications, and best practices in networking and IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, troubleshooting, or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other networking protocols.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or other enterprise-grade networking equipment (CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus).
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, PingPlotter, SolarWinds).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Bali as needed.
