Responsibility

  • Diagnose and resolve complex networking issues for enterprise clients, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable network solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Document all technical issues, solutions, and preventive measures for future reference.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities or bottlenecks.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, certifications, and best practices in networking and IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, troubleshooting, or IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other networking protocols.
  • Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or other enterprise-grade networking equipment (CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, PingPlotter, SolarWinds).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites across Bali as needed.
