Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain high-tech semiconductor equipment at customer sites in Bali.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Document service activities, equipment status, and customer interactions in detail.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices.
- Assist in the commissioning and qualification of new equipment installations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards in all operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields) – 2026 graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes or equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools, schematics, or PLC systems is advantageous.
- No prior work experience required – training provided for the right candidates.
