Responsibility
- Proactively engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote products/services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs through effective outreach and follow-up strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to deliver informed pitches.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve performance and skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written) with a clear, confident, and professional phone manner.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and other sales tools (training provided).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
