Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company products/services and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional, clear, and persuasive communication.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure maximum conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies for improved performance.
- Handle customer objections and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company promotions to deliver accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent English and Indonesian verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
