Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional information about company offerings to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Document all interactions, feedback, and sales activities in the CRM system for tracking and analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align telemarketing strategies with broader business goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly call volume, conversion, and performance targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to deliver informed pitches.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferably in a call center environment).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian, with a professional and courteous tone.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or communication are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
