Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer activation initiatives.
- Oversee budget governance, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, budget utilization, and ROI to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in customer development and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer development, sales, or business development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of leading successful promotional campaigns, product launches, or activation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in budget management, financial forecasting, and performance tracking tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment, preferably in the tech or consulting industry.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
