Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts to drive sales and market penetration.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activities and gather customer insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and trade activations.
- Provide training and support to distributors to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer development, or key account management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
