Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and report recurring customer issues to the management team for process improvements.
- Maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude in high-pressure situations.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
