You will utilize your clinical background to interpret medical concerns, explain insurance coverage, and provide empathetic support to our clients. Responsibility

  • Handle inbound inquiries from Maxicare members regarding policy coverage, claims, and medical benefits.
  • Apply clinical knowledge to assist members in navigating healthcare services and provider networks.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalated member concerns efficiently.
  • Provide expert guidance on member wellness programs and healthcare utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy laws and Maxicare internal protocols.
  • Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the operations team.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of any Medical Allied course (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, MedTech, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to assist others.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
