Responsibility
- Handle inbound inquiries from Maxicare members regarding policy coverage, claims, and medical benefits.
- Apply clinical knowledge to assist members in navigating healthcare services and provider networks.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalated member concerns efficiently.
- Provide expert guidance on member wellness programs and healthcare utilization.
- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy laws and Maxicare internal protocols.
- Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the operations team.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of any Medical Allied course (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, MedTech, etc.).
- Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to assist others.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
