Responsibility

  • Coordinate and monitor provincial shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to shipments.
  • Liaise with logistics teams, drivers, and warehouse staff to resolve any shipment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
