Responsibility
- Monitor and evaluate project processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine quality assurance frameworks.
- Train and mentor junior analysts on quality control best practices.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for process improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Proven track record in process improvement and audit management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
