Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues related to deliveries, orders, and account management in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, sales) to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Contribute to team goals by participating in training sessions and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Experience in the logistics, e-commerce, or delivery industry is an advantage.
