Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company's database.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering service.

Qualifications
