Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and sales support.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales/customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
