Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and high satisfaction rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service quality and customer retention.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and guiding them through solutions.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and industry trends to deliver informed and relevant support.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment (fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a neutral accent and clear articulation.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
