Responsibility
- Maintain and update CRM databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer and sales data.
- Monitor and track key sales metrics, generating reports to provide actionable insights for the sales team.
- Assist in lead management by qualifying, categorizing, and distributing leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve data entry, retrieval, and analysis processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data trends and recommend process improvements.
- Conduct regular data audits to detect and resolve discrepancies or inaccuracies in the CRM system.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, documentation, and meeting materials.
- Stay updated on CRM best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization leverages the latest tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in CRM data management, sales support, or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales processes, lead management, and performance tracking is a plus.
