Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, providing a warm and professional welcome in person and via phone/email.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries, directing calls, and coordinating appointments with efficiency and courtesy.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the companyâs professional image at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, preparing documents, and managing office supplies to support smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, visitor logs, and catering arrangements for internal and external meetings.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and liaising with vendors as needed.
- Support HR functions by assisting with onboarding paperwork, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency across departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or a corporate environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace; familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a proactive team player.
