We are seeking a proactive troubleshooter with a strong safety mindset and a proven track record in high-availability environments. If you thrive in fast-paced technical spaces and want to sharpen your skills with modern cooling and power distribution systems, we want to hear from you.

- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Respond immediately to alarms and facility emergencies, coordinating with external vendors and technical teams for swift resolution.
- Supervise third-party contractors and vendors during equipment maintenance, ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols and SLAs.
- Document all maintenance activities, shift logs, incident reports, and operational metrics accurately.
- Support capacity planning and assist with equipment installations, cabling, and rack deployments as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data centre operations or a similar critical environment (e.g., semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or hospital facilities).
- Strong understanding of electrical systems (UPS, diesel generators, switchgears) and HVAC/mechanical cooling systems.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CDCP, BizSAFE, or Work at Heights) will be highly regarded.
