Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, following company standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including equipment, workstations, and customer areas.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage daily sales reports accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring product levels.
- Educate customers about our coffee offerings, brewing methods, and promotional products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic and safe workplace.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing sales records.
