Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Prepare and serve menu items according to SOP while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Operate the cash register accurately, handling transactions, and managing daily sales reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting shortages.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, F&B, or retail (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
