Responsibility
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Hajj savings and gold investment credit products to target customers in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial advisors, and religious community leaders to drive product adoption.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings in Sharia-compliant financial services.
- Educate clients on the benefits of Hajj savings plans and gold-backed credit facilities through presentations, workshops, and one-on-one consultations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customer-centric financial products that align with Islamic principles.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to refine strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial product marketing.
- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and community gatherings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or Islamic Economics (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit marketing, financial services, or Islamic banking.
- Strong understanding of Sharia-compliant financial products, particularly Hajj savings and gold investments.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales in the financial sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics and cultural nuances is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
