Responsibility
- Monitor and manage overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients via phone, email, or in-person visits.
- Develop and implement effective reminder strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve collection rates.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, payments, and customer interactions in the company’s database.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address client concerns and provide solutions for payment arrangements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical collection practices.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Assist in identifying high-risk accounts and recommending proactive measures to mitigate losses.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the financial or fintech sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Excel, and other data management tools.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and collection practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for on-site client visits, if required.
