Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions.
- Lead negotiations for funding terms, ensuring favorable conditions for the organization.
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, loans, and equity investments.
- Prepare and present financial proposals, pitch decks, and business cases to potential investors.
- Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform funding strategies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align fundraising efforts with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Proven track record of securing significant funding (debt/equity) for organizations.
- Strong network of contacts in the financial sector, including banks and institutional investors.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, valuation methods, and investment structures.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
