Responsibility
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Design and propose customized gold financing and corporate financial solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct thorough market and client analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and upselling.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., risk, compliance, product development) to ensure seamless delivery of financial services.
- Monitor client portfolios and provide proactive recommendations to optimize their financial strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client engagement, revenue generation, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or financial services.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of gold financing, corporate lending, and structured financial products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
