Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective credit marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk evaluations for loan and credit applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design competitive credit products and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on credit performance, sales targets, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies in all credit-related activities.
- Provide financial advisory services to clients, guiding them toward suitable credit solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational requirement: Diploma-3 (D3) in Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in credit marketing, sales, or customer service within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
