Responsibility
- Identify and develop new business leads for credit and loan products within the Padang region.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to potential clients regarding Maybank’s financial solutions.
- Manage the entire credit application process, from initial inquiry to document verification and submission.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the branch management.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulations, and credit risk management standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major, with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Open to fresh graduates; previous experience in banking, sales, or credit marketing is a distinct advantage.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade potential customers.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Good analytical skills to assess customer needs and creditworthiness.
- Willing to work in the field and travel within the Padang area.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools.
