Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote credit products (e.g., loans, credit cards) to potential clients in Bali.
- Conduct market research to identify target segments and tailor credit solutions to meet their needs.
- Assess client creditworthiness by analyzing financial documents, credit scores, and risk profiles.
- Provide personalized financial advice to clients, explaining product features, terms, and benefits clearly.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth application processing and client onboarding.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all credit-related activities.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma-3 (D3) in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in credit marketing, sales, or customer service within the banking/financial sector.
- Strong understanding of credit products, risk assessment, and financial regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with banking software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
