Responsibility
- Perform thorough credit investigations on loan applicants to ensure information accuracy.
- Verify borrower documents and employment/business information through direct calls or site visits.
- Conduct professional field checks and ocular inspections of collateral and business locations.
- Analyze gathered data to prepare comprehensive Credit Assessment Memorandums (CAM).
- Provide sound, evidence-based loan recommendations based on findings.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity and confidentiality in all credit files.
- Coordinate with internal departments to expedite the credit approval process.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in credit investigation or collection is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect discrepancies in documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting fieldwork and client interviews.
- Willingness to travel within the Baguio City area for field assignments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
